Art For Young People
Art for Young People in the past was a bi-monthly class provided throughout the year for young people ages 8 and up. Classes were taught by PAC members who donated their time and expertise, with material costs covered by the Pahrump Arts Council.
Classes are designed to provide an entry into the world of art and craftwork. Since its inception in February 2007, we have presented classes in Native American crafts, polymer clay design, beaded wire art forms, sculpting with clay, a sketch and draw class with charcoal using a live model, gourd creatures and a class on mosaic design.
