Art Galleries
The Pahrump Arts Council in conjunction with the Spring Mountain Art Guild (SMART) and the Galleries Committee, sponsor and manage several shows at venues around Pahrump, Nevada. These galleries allow PAC members and local artists to show and sell their work.
From paintings and fiber arts to jewelry and clay sculptures, there are plenty of opportunities to share your creative results in Pahrump.
Art is also available for hanging in businesses in Pahrump. Contact one of the committees for information on how you can enhance your waiting rooms with art from our local talented artists.

The Galleries Committee hangs at the Courthouse, the Library, and at the Wine Ridge clubhouse (closed for remodeling until further notice):
Nye County Courthouse Gallery
Nye County Courthouse Art Gallery
Located inside the Nye County Courthouse at 1520 E. Basin Road, this gallery hosts open and themed two month long shows of art by PAC members. The shows’ themes are chosen by the Galleries Committee and are published in the ArtBeat. In the past themes have included Animals, Black & White, What I did on my Summer Vacation, Patriots and Western.
In the past, PAC has hosted Nevada Arts Council traveling exhibits at the Nye County Courthouse complex. Professionally installed, these exhibits are part of the NAC Touring Initiative which provides arts experiences to under-served areas of the state.

Library Reader’s Nook

The Gallery in the Pahrump Community Library Reader’s Nook is managed by PAC’s galleries committee and features one-man shows of local artists and PAC members.

Wine Ridge Art Gallery
The Winery gallery at the Wine Ridge RV Resort (formerly Charleston Peak) is located at 3819 E. Winery Road. The gallery features the work of two artists by invitation of the Galleries Committee. This venue offers a great place to showcase art and enjoy wine tasting.
Currently there is no gallery hanging here, as they are remodeling. Watch the ArtBeat for the opening after the remodel.
