Nye County Starlets
The Starlets Salute to Veterans Performance (2007)
We are a group of ladies who have achieved the “Age of Pre-Elegance” (50+) who donate our time to perform around the state of Nevada to raise funds for local charities. We sing, dance, and tap to bring smiles and entertain our audiences.
If you have reached the ‘Age of Pre-Elegance’ and would like to help those who need assistance and have a lot of fun while doing it, please consider being a Nye County Starlet – a valued member of our pageant family. Formerly known as the Danc’n Step Follies, we get a great workout practicing our routines and traveling the state entertaining at benefits, festivals, parades, grand openings and fashion shows.
Our past fundraising events, shows and performances have included a 1950s inspired sock hop, a fashion show, numerous benefit showcases and our annual Christmas show at the Pahrump Golden Nugget. You can see our 2011 Christmas performance on YouTube filmed by KPVM- TV.
