  The Pahrump Arts Council is proud to offer quality art education programs and inspiring exhibitions. However, we know that we are only able to do so thanks largely in part to the generous donations, whether monetary or just lending a helping hand, from our members, volunteers and people within the community. We are eternally grateful for everyone who has chosen to get involved with us.
     
  MEMBERSHIP
 
  One of the easiest ways to get involved and support the Pahrump Arts Council is through memberships. When you join, your membership benefits both you, the community and the Pahrump Arts Council. Your membership is tax-deductible, but most importantly it goes a long way and ensures that we can continue to provide the stellar educational programs and fun events that everyone looks foreward to; helping with programming, exhibits, administration, and even paying our electricity bill! To thank you for your commitment.

  VOLUNTEER
 
  Your involvement is invaluable and helps to ensure that the Pahrump Art Councili can carry out its mission. With a team of more than 150 individuals, the Pahrump Arts Council wouldn't be what it is without the gracious help of its volunteers. Whether it's working at one of our events or lending a helping hand, our volunteers are the backbone of the Pahrump Arts Council. We are always looking for compassionate individuals who want to help fulfill our mission. If you would like to get involved and become a volunteer, click here.

  INTERNSHIP PROGRAM  
   
 

This is a great opportunity to: build your resume, get experience working in a nonprofit organization, and to log community service hours for a diploma or degree. We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

  • Website Admin - This is for someone with interest/experience in building and designing websites. You will be learning word press, and updating the website regularly. 
  • Graphic Designer - This is for someone with interest/experience in using Photoshop/Illustrator. You will be creating posters and fliers for events and classes.
  • Social Media Campaign - This is for someone with interest/experience in social media. You will be managing social media accounts and creating content to keep an online presence. 
  • Brand Ambassador - This is for someone with interest/experience in networking. You will be running booths at events and engaging with the community. 
 
  If you are interested, please Email ojones@pvpac.org to set up an interview. You must be 16 or older with reliable transportation and be available to work 5 to 10 hours/month.
